13 agosto 2013 - La nuova scommessa Dentro & FUORI è un'idea di Alberto Manca (batterista). Entrato in contatto con Andrea Congiu (cantante), visti gli stessi obiettivi decidono di condividerli. Entrambi provengono da diverse esperienze musicali nel panorama rock cagliaritano e isolano. Assieme hanno intenzione di riprendere i loro pensieri in musica, lasciati in stand-by con altri progetti non compiuti. E' l'aprile del 2013 e a loro si unisce Ale Ciara (bassista), che invitato dal batterista (con cui ha già avuto altre esperienze musicali 10 anni prima) alla formazione della band, non disdegna inserendosi velocemente nelle sessioni musicali colorando il sound del gruppo col suo stile immancabile. Venendo invitati in alcuni concerti inseriscono temporaneamente un collaboratore e la prima uscita avviene in terra amica a Sanluri presso una rassegna dove vengono accolti dalla critica con molta positività. Nel novembre 2013 al gruppo si unisce il chitarrista Mauro Pani che era l'asso mancante al quartetto forgiando lo stile Dentro & FUORI che coglie un forte impulso sonoro navigato dall'esperienza del nuovo membro. E' il gennaio 2014 e la band pubblica il primo singolo da studio omonimo "Dentro e fuori". I 4 rocker promettono molte novità in tempi brevi e invitano tutti a non perdere d'occhio la loro attività creativo-musicale... e con la pubblicazione nei maggiori Digital Store Musicali del brano omonimo "Dentro e fuori" si riaccende la macchina di Dentro & FUORI... Il viaggio continua e la band è al lavoro del suo primo album

August 13, 2013 - The new bet Inside & OUT is an idea of ​​Alberto Manca (drummer). He's connected to Andrea Congiu (singer), having the same objectives they decide to share them.
